Grapes sourced in central California’s warm climate, first fruit of the year and aged on the lees bringing more character and distinction. Lees are used in white and sparkling wines to add texture and flavor.
Lees help add aroma and creaminess to a wine. Tart apple nose, acidity, light with balanced minerality, texture, and body. Not complicated, pairs well with seafood.
